Foils that decorate Melaco products
2D PET laminate is a high-tech polyester-based decorative material that is designed for interior applications. Its uniqueness lies in the combination of a matte surface and deep embossing, which allows for an exclusive finish in a single production step, eliminating the need for repeated sanding and varnishing.
What distinguishes COMPLETE SKIN furniture boards?
Complete Skin boards are manufactured on the basis of MDF or particle boards, which are then coated with a polymer film (e.g. PET, PP or PVC) in a continuous hot lamination process (HOT MELT LAMINATION) using polyurethane (PUR) adhesives. Thanks to this, the finished product is characterized by high resistance to moisture, scratches and elevated temperatures, as well as low emissivity and the possibility of obtaining a variety of finishing effects (matte, gloss, deep embossing). As a result, the panels can be used even in such demanding rooms as kitchens and bathrooms.
At the request of customers, the panels can be additionally finished in postforming technology, which allows to round the edges and obtain even more attractive visual effects.
