Our proprietary and continuously developed technological solutions allow full design freedom – from subtle finishes to expressive 3D structures.

One such innovation is Micro Milling™ – a technology for precision milling of polymer film on MDF or particleboard. It enables unique patterns, textures and spatial effects that add depth to furniture collections. It is an excellent tool for creating decorative lamella panels or fronts with geometric milling. It is also one of the most frequently chosen finishes by our customers.

In turn, thanks to vacuum pressing technology, used, among others, in the 3D MELAFOL line of fronts and furniture elements, it is possible to precisely cover the surface with foil in three dimensions, which opens the way for the realization of handleless furniture, decors with a lamella effect or subtle 3D decorations. These surfaces are resistant to moisture, stains and everyday use – so they are successful in both private and commercial spaces.

Deep matte structure is one of the most desired effects of recent seasons. Thanks to advanced production technology, Melaco finishes in matte are characterized by exceptional resistance to fingerprints, while maintaining a velvety soft surface. It is ideal for modern interiors where subtlety and timeless aesthetics are important.

Finishes for wood lovers

Comfort Oak is for those who appreciate the naturalness and warmth of wood, but at the same time expect modern quality and functionality. The structure has been faithfully reproduced visually and tactilely – perceptible grain, subtle depth and matte finish make furniture with this decor bring harmony and authenticity to interiors. It is ideal for collections that combine classic style with modern minimalism.

FLORA — subtle geometry and conscious choice

Among Melaco’s proposals are also structures made with FLORA film – an innovative material based on raw materials of natural origin: salt and bioethylene extracted from pine oil. This is an ecological alternative to traditional thermoplastic films, which is in line with the direction of sustainable development in the furniture industry.

PYRAMID and STRIPES structures are distinguished by the exceptional precision and delicacy of the pattern. PYRAMID is a sophisticated grid of tiny, spatial rhombuses that subtly enlivens the surface, while STRIPES features elegant, rhythmic stripes that give furniture a modern feel. Both structures are perfect for projects where detail, quality of finish and geometry-inspired aesthetics matter.

Innovative deep structures

Melaco also offers deep embossing in matte, which creates surfaces that are both eye-catching and inviting to the touch. Made using 2D PET laminate – an innovative polyester-based material – they allow for an exclusive effect without the need for multi-step processing.

The Move, Noce Lucca, Tessuto and Pier structures are inspired by natural materials: wood, fabric or stone. Each of them tells a different story, creating spaces full of character and sophistication. Importantly, these surfaces are scratch-resistant, easy to maintain, and available in waterproof and FSC®-certified versions. This is an option for those who want to incorporate a deeply rooted aesthetic detail into their furniture collections – perceptible not only by sight, but also by touch.
