Furniture forms based on COMPLETE SKIN board

Four-sided veneered furniture forms made of COMPLETE SKIN flat-pressed board or double-sided veneered components made of SKIN COMPLETE SKIN postforming ribbon. In the production of SKIN COMPLETE SKIN DOOR elements, we use PUR adhesives for gluing narrow surfaces to ensure high strength and moisture resistance of the products. The edges are covered with 0.3-2 mm thick edge tape. We offer professional CNC processing, i.e. milling, cutting, drilling or folding of the furniture elements produced according to the customer’s documentation.

We also offer the highest quality furniture elements and furniture fronts made of COMPLETE SKIN board or COMPLETE SKIN POSTFORMING door ribbon, which is finished with an excellent quality polymer foil or a finish foil.

Furniture elements are available in colours, patterns and textures as part of the MELACO production program. We offer various types of edges and POSTFORMING edge finishing with R-type profiling or profiling for V-type handle-free fronts.
