Furniture fronts with character

Even a small pattern on a uniformly coloured surface can completely change the appearance of a piece of furniture – especially if it is combined with other interesting colours. Navy blue with white and gold or green accompanied by a warm shade of wood and marble are the combinations that are hard to miss. Enriched with unobtrusive patterns with a slat-wall structure or geometric shapes, they will perfectly suit the tastes of demanding consumers. This trend is followed by furniture manufacturers who come to us with orders. We noticed this trend two years ago. Today we have a machine park adapted to these needs.

Perfectly finished tops

The MELAFOL production line is also used in the production of bathroom countertops, as well as table tops for dining tables and smaller coffee tables. It allows you to obtain a precisely milled edge of any shape: straight, rounded and even irregular. In combination with a wide range of colours of available polymer films, each manufacturer of table tops and tables can create a unique collection, tailored to the tastes of its consumers in a minimalist, glamour or loft style.

Unusual tables

Precise finishing of countertops is just the beginning. The MELAFOL line has also been used in the production of unusual table legs.

We like interesting projects and one of our last orders for tables turned out to be such an interesting project – says Dariusz Piotrowski. – The tops are made of our COMPLETE SKIN boards with a high-gloss finish, but what distinguishes these products are the legs – unusually spaced, in various colour combinations and enriched with unobtrusive cutters.

This is not the end of the possibilities offered by the MELAFOL production line. MELAFOL furniture elements – durability and precise finish

The MELAFOL production line enables the production of a wide range of furniture elements: fronts for living room, kitchen and bathroom furniture, tops for dining tables and coffee tables, bathroom vanity tops, as well as other elements, such as table legs. For their production, we use high-quality MDF boards laminated on one side with a thickness of 16 to 25 mm. The board is covered with a PVC, PET polymer film with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm in the vacuum pressing process using a durable and resistant PUR dispersion adhesive, which ensures thermal resistance tested by us up to 70⁰C.

The combination of high-quality materials and proven production processes make the finished products resistant to elevated temperatures and moisture. MDF boards used for the production of elements from the MELAFOL line are, like adhesives and foils, covered by attestations and certificates recognized in Poland and abroad. They come from sustainable sources, which is confirmed by the FSC® certificate with which all wood-based materials used for the production of furniture elements in MELACO are provided.

However, the greatest advantage of furniture elements from the MELAFOL line is the design possibilities related to their profiling. The CNC machining technology used ensures that both subtle patterns and deep grooves in any shape can be obtained on the surface of the fronts.
