How are our MELAFOL fronts produced?

The production process of MELAFOL fronts has an advanced, supervised course, which guarantees the highest quality and unique design of products. It all starts with careful preparation of materials, i.e. one-sided laminated MDF boards with a thickness of 16-25 mm, which are the base for further processing. Then we move on to the key stage of milling, carried out using CNC technology, which ensures precise and repeatable shapes and patterns, such as the structure of the lamellas or other unique decorations.

After milling, the boards are covered with a high-quality polymer film in a vacuum pressing process. This film not only enhances the aesthetics of the fronts, but also increases their durability. Thanks to vacuum pressing, the film adheres perfectly to the surface, guaranteeing a perfect finish in all three planes.
