Intuitive installation, aesthetic finish
The greatest advantage of Flick&Click™ technology is that end customers can assemble furniture themselves without the need for tools or screws. The assembly is very intuitive, which eliminates the risk of incorrect connection of elements or their damage during assembly. Elements delivered in parts allow manufacturers to reduce the costs of delivery of large-size furniture, which in turn translates into a more attractive and competitive price of products.

However, the speed and simplicity of assembly are just a start. Furniture created in this technology also shows high static strength, and the connections are invisible. Thanks to the assembly without the use of screws, the elements do not have holes, which are usually masked with unattractive plugs.
Endless production possibilities
While developing our technology, we also took care of the manufacturers, making sure that the tool-free Flick&Click™ assembly would open up many production possibilities. It can be used for any type of material: chipboard and MDF, compact laminate, plywood and solid wood, finished with foil, laminate or varnish. It will also work well with any finish – with structure, matte and gloss, in the production of furniture bodies, drawer elements and even table legs.
By combining this technology with our COMPLETE SKIN furniture boards, each furniture manufacturer can create their own product line. Both room, bedroom and office furniture, as well as kitchen and bathroom furniture, which must meet higher strength standards. Melaco furniture boards are also great as sliding doors for wardrobes, countertops and tables.

45° connection vs. CORNER 90
The symmetrical 45° connection was the first step in the development of Flick& Click™ technology. It is available in two versions:
- 5G in 4 corners for a product dedicated for self-assembly by the final customer,
- 5G in 1 corner and the use of the folding method and assembly adhesive in the others, for quick assembly both in a furniture factory and by the final recipient (in the case of small-sized furniture).
The CORNER 90 connection is an extension of this technology and offers more possibilities – in addition to tool-free assembly, it also allows for quick and easy disassembly of the furniture using a special pin attached to each set. Inserting it into the slot in the connection of the body walls will automatically unlock and disconnect the elements.

This is all. The asymmetrical CORNER 90 type 5G connection occurs in all four corners and takes place at an angle of 90°. It can be used not only for the body of the furniture, but also for a complete set of drawer elements. In addition, this connection has been enriched with the possibility of using a latch in the rear walls, which increases the stiffness of the furniture. Latches can also be used on the bottom of drawers, strengthening them and avoiding the known problem of the drawer bottom falling off.
