These products are made based on MDF or particle boards, which are coated with high-quality polymer films (PVC, PP, PET) using HOT MELT LAMINATION technology and PUR polyurethane adhesives. Such a process ensures high surface quality, durability of the adhesive bond, resistance to moisture and elevated temperatures, making the boards an ideal choice for demanding spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms.

A characteristic feature of these components is exceptional mechanical resistance – the surfaces show increased tolerance to scratches, scrapes and abrasion, and thanks to special UV protection, they retain color intensity for years. The offer also includes ecological solutions, such as the finishing bio-derived film FLORA containing 43% pine oil raw material, which reduces CO2 emissions by 90% compared to traditional PVC, and RPET (that is, finishing the board with a film created from recycled PET). All products are FSC® certified, and the manufacturing process takes into account material recycling and carbon footprint reduction.

Available finishes include a wide range of aesthetic variants, such as PREMIER MATT supermatte with anti-fingerprint effect and self-healing properties under heat, High Gloss mirror shine, Stardust decorative finish with glitter particles, Comfort Oak wood grain or metallic panels. The surfaces are also characterized by scratch resistance (1-1.5 N according to EN 438-2) and UV radiation, which guarantees their durability and aesthetics for years.

Postforming

Another big advantage of COMPLETE SKIN furniture boards is that they can be processed with advanced postforming technology. Postforming allows for precise finishing of the edges of furniture boards, giving them an aesthetic, functional appearance. The process involves profiling the edges with a rounding radius of R2 to R65 mm, making it possible to create smooth or rounded surfaces perfectly suited to modern furniture designs. This solution is ideal for the production of table tops, furniture fronts or other items requiring precise edge finishing.
