Furniture fronts like slat walls

Decorative slat walls are becoming more and more popular. In modern interiors, they decorate walls and ceilings, as well as enrich the space as delicate, openwork walls. We decided to follow this trend in our latest collection of furniture fronts from the MELAFOL line, offering consumers new possibilities for interior design. However, we did not limit ourselves to the light shade of wood associated with slat walls. The slat structure furniture fronts are available in the most popular colours: light and dark wood, white, black and light and dark grey.

Precision milling cutters are made with the use of computer CNC technology, giving the fronts high repeatability and a perfect finish. It also allows you to apply patterns in many interesting versions. How are MELAFOL furniture fronts made?

Furniture fronts are based on MDF boards which, in terms of formaldehyde emission, meet the requirements of DIN EN 16516. Our offer is also distinguished by the use of FSC®-certified wood-based boards – it indicates the origin of production materials from sustainable sources. Thanks to this, the end customer can be sure that the production of furniture fronts is carried out with care for the natural environment and fits into the European Union’s strategy of climate neutrality “Green Deal”.

Each form is covered with high-quality polymer foils in the process of vacuum pressing. It provides a perfect finish of the product in three planes. Importantly, the materials and technologies used ensure the fulfillment of critical requirements, including in terms of thermal resistance, min. 70⁰ C. MDF boards, as well as adhesives and foils used in the production of 3D MELAFOL fronts and furniture elements have all the necessary approvals and certificates. They are recognized both in Poland and abroad, which means that MELAFOL products can also be used by companies selling outside the country.

All this means that in addition to the original design, MELAFOL furniture fronts also offer other benefits:
